4. be able to offer additional services to our clients, in particular to carry out electricity, water and gas changes with the companies in charge, the municipality and/or the management of a building, and to complete the "application for direct application of the reduced VAT rate of 3%" for clients so that they can send it to the Department of Registration and Domains,
5. exercise the rights and obligations of your contract with Real Estate Feltes or Feltes & Associates Promotion (e.g.: invoices, contracts, etc.)
